It’s tough out there for señoras. From hormonal imbalances, to environmental stress, to chronic illness, to nutrient deficiencies, our health sometimes feels like it’s hanging on by a thread. Faced with the disappointment of low quality supplements, and battling nephrotic syndrome, she’s completely shaking up the women’s wellness game.

Lets get to know Irene’s señora wellness routine:

Irene Bataller, Founder & CEO, Cybelle NY

  1. Whats your ultimate señora tip, maybe something you learned from your mom, grandma or even great grandmother

My ultimate señora tip, passed down from generations in my family, is to believe in yourself. You have all the answers within you, even if it sounds like a cliché.

  2. What’s your morning routine after getting out of bed?

I typically wake up around 7 am. The first thing I do upon rising is wash my face with very cold water. Then, I share a loving kiss with my husband to start the day on a positive note. After that, I give some affection to my beloved dog. Next, I prepare a nourishing smoothie with a mix of fruits, vegetables, and The Goddess all-in-one nutraceutical for women's total health, beauty, and body composition. Finally, I head straight to the gym to kick-start my day with some exercise.

  3. What 3 wellness or self-comfort products are you using now to get ready for the day?

I rely on three key products to prepare for the day: The Goddess by Cybele, Sunwarrior protein powder, and Shiseido day cream.

  4. On a perfect day, what’s your favorite lunchtime meal?

My favorite lunchtime meal consists of grilled fish or meat paired with a fresh salad, assorted veggies, creamy avocado, and a side of delicious fruit.

  5. What are your favorite caffeine or caffeine alternatives to keep up your energy?

To maintain my energy levels throughout the day, I turn to matcha as my favorite caffeine alternative. (We love Latina owned Matcha brand, Mira Matcha).

  6. What’s your favorite tip to wind down?

To take a leisurely walk in nature, preferably barefoot to feel connected to the earth. Additionally, I enjoy reading a book before bedtime. Consistency with bedtime is also crucial for a restful night's sleep.

  7. Do you take supplements or powders and if so, which ones?

Yes, I do take supplements. One of my go-to supplements is The Goddess by Cybele. It's a comprehensive blend with over 70 ingredients that ensure my nutritional and wellness needs are fully met. It contains hydrolyzed marine collagen, CoQ10, hyaluronic acid, and other essential nutraceuticals for women's skin, hair, and nails. Moreover, it supports hormonal balance, mental performance, and metabolism, helping to improve body composition

  8. Do you workout, do yoga, go for walks?

Currently, as I am pregnant, I stick to pregnancy-approved workout routines to stay active and healthy.

  9. How about your evening routine?

My evening routine involves having an early dinner, usually no later than 7 pm, followed by watching a bit of a series for relaxation. Then, I unwind by reading a book for about an hour before ensuring I'm asleep by 10 pm for a rejuvenating rest.
