Lysz Flo, CEO, Astrolyszics.com

  1. Whats your ultimate señora tip, maybe something you learned from your mom, grandma or even great grandmother

My abuela always said saludate (greet yourself) and call yourself beautiful in the mirror every morning. My mother says dress like your going to see your worst enemy and siempre vale la pena (it’s always worth it!). It’s something I keep in mind even when I feel not so great.

  2. What’s your morning routine after getting out of bed?

I wake up at 6:30 ish every morning and I have my bedside water carafe have a glass, play music on shuffle to feel out the energy of the day. Shower and based astrology and (for) the day I choose a color scheme for my outfit. In order to function I need to have either a Thai tea, or matcha latte or ginger turmeric tea in the morning when I can, prior to my commute to work or once I get there I’ll carry to in my purse.

  3. What 3 wellness or self-comfort products are you using now to get ready for the day?

Fruit and veggie vitamins, my Black girl sunscreen, and loving the new honey pot body wash.

  4. On a perfect day, what’s your favorite lunchtime meal?

Usually all of the coworkers, my Mami (who I work with) and I put together our lunches and make a communal meal together. So it isn’t always specific but I do love an arroz con pollo

  5. What are your favorite caffeine or caffeine alternatives to keep up your energy?

Matcha, Green, Thai, or Chai tea. If it’s coffee, then a mushroom coffee.

  6. What’s your favorite tip to wind down? Do you like walks, like to garden, have tea?

Love to end my day with a rose tea from Organic India and I have a red light that helps slow down.

  7. Do you take supplements or powders and if so, which ones?

I enjoy the Apothékary — Slay all Day, Mind over matter for any confusion and extra focus. And recently added my fruit and veggies vitamins.

  8. Do you workout, do yoga, go for walks? If so, whats your current routine?

I am restarting my routine and beginning with about an hour long walk on the weekend and after work. Looking to get back into tennis.

  9. What’s your evening routine like?

Usually I am sleepy by 8:30-9 pm. I work on my writing or any ideas that come to mind especially during this poetry month and challenges. I’ll listen to an audiobook and try to minimize social to be able to sleep earlier. My lights are able to change color and I find that dark red light helps me slow my mind down. Then I will play a musical frequency on YouTube or the André 3000 New Blue Sun album or Sleep Soul rain sounds to sleep.
